	Project Experience Highlights Illinois State University, University High School Laboratory School Stroud Auditorium Remodel Renovation of the existing Stroud Auditorium. This project was executed in two phases. The first phase involved demolition of the space down to its structure. It entailed general demolition and extensive asbestos abatement. The second phase involved the design of a new ADA Accessible ramp, handrails, and seating locations. As well as the design of new house lighting and theatre lighting, the design of provisions for existing sound equipment, the design of a completely new catwalk, the design and layout of new seats throughout, and specification and selection of all interior finishes. Illinois State University, Metcalf Laboratory School Remodeling Projects Electronic security system design to provide a secure building envelope. Renovation of wood shop into wood shop/computer classroom. Renovation of existing locker room to storage and toilet facilities. classroom renovations and renovation of existing classrooms into offices. done in three phases over a three year period. phase one classroom to office and some security second remainder of security and shop and classroom and third phase locker room. Illinois State University, Bone Student Center TechZone Retail Design Renovation of an existing student lounge area to house Techzone campus computer services. Includes retail and office space in one location and repair facilities in a neighboring space. The remodel required enclosing the lounge with a dividing wall, adding electrical capabilities, custom cabinetry and design, general and accent lighting, interior finishes, and space planning. Livingston County Public Service Complex New 90,000 square foot building with Sheriff’s Department, county jail, and Emergency 911 Services. Designed with future expansion in mind. High tech security electronic systems, energy efficient mechanical equipment, and metal roof.
