Keith
Middleton founded the firm in 1955 in his garage, working
primarily in the area of educational, commercial, and
residential facilities. Early commissions included consulting
work for educational facilities designed by others.
Through hard work and dedication Keith built the firm's
reputation and began designing many of the major buildings on
Illinois State University's campus.
Mr. Middleton
set the tone for the firm from day one. He displayed
commitment to client satisfaction, quality, and attention to
detail. He believed in integrity and fair play.
Keith's sons now carry on those traditions of excellence, and
pass them on to the next generation of architects. Though
Keith has passed on he will always be remembered and respected
by those who knew him.
